Dr. DW Feaster
Senior Pastor
Dr. Feaster came to Highland in November of 2025. He has a heart to see people come to know Jesus and grow in their walk with Jesus. His motto is Go and Grow based on Matthew 28:19-20. We are to grow in our walk with Jesus and go help others grow in their walk. He earned his BA in Intercultural Studies, his Masters of Christian Ministry from North Greenville University, and his Doctorate of Ministerial Leadership from Columbia International University. He is married to his beautiful wife Kate and they have one daughter, Ella.

Hunter Lynch
Associate Pastor (Music and Youth)
Hunter began serving as Worship Pastor/Family Ministries Associate for Highland Baptist Church in November 2018. In 2020, he took on the additional role of Student Minister. He has been serving as a Worship Leader in various capacities since High School, serving as student worship intern in different local churches, as well as the Hinds BSU. He has received a BA in Christian Studies from Mississippi College and a Masters of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Both Hunter and his wife, Ellie, are originally from Vicksburg, and the city holds a special place in their hearts. They have two beautiful daughters, Laney and Emmalyn.

Ellie Lynch
Ministry Coordinator and Children's Minister
Ellie began serving as the Children's Minister in November of 2018 and transitioned to the roll of Ministry Coordinator and Children's Minister in 2026. Ellie grew up in Vicksburg, MS and has always had a passion for children’s ministry, serving others, and the local church. She graduated from Mississippi College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Music Education degree. After teaching music for a year, she surrendered to the call of ministry.
